The Travertine tile came out beautiful! it was so dirty you could not see all the different colors, I didn't even know these colors existed!!

It looked like certain areas in one small bath were not even touched. It is a small, cramped bathroom, but the tech should have told us if he couldn't reach an area. The floor is certainly better than it was, but not quite what we expected. He was very professional and friendly.

He explained everything, was very friendly, clean, and did a wonderful job. We had some really really bad stains and wear patterns, and James got them all completely clean. Our place looks terrific. I am extremely pleased.

Had learned that you can’t make a older carpet look perfect, but, that said, was impressed with the overall process, and felt good paying, feeling that I had gotten my money’s worth. I have been using Zerorez for a number of years and they really want to do the best job possible.I had them clean the tile this time and the job was really good! The technician worked on a particular are that had an unexplained stain on it. He was disappointed it didn't come as clean as he wanted it to. After it dried it looked perfect!! The tech's name isTyler M. and I hope you let him know that it turned out Perfect.! I really appreciate the effort he put into making my tile look great!!!

The service man was a good worker and vey polite!

I feel like my tile got clean but as soon as we walked on it, it collected all the dirt/footprints. Like a residue was left on the tile. Not sure why?
