My carpets and tile have never been so clean!!! The technician who just cleaned my tile did a great job and was very pleasant. I will never use any company other than Zerorez on my floors!!! Thank you for great service!!!

Check the cleanliness of the carpet before leaving the job. That would have eliminated the need to return the next day, as you did.

It ended up more expensive than I thought it would be, even though I used your special tile cleaning.
Put in a call to your number last night. I came home and have never used you before so wasn't sure what to expect. There were numerous streaks which I wasn't used to seeing so doesn't look clean. Again left a message so will see what your response is.
Tile was clean but the grout was not it was "efflorescence and could not be cleaned" I was able to clean it with just a little brush work!

My window was from 3-5pm I was ready and waiting at 3pm. The tech did not show up until 7pm.
The reason I got the service was to clean high traffic area and it looks exactly the same. Tech said he went over it 3 times. But I watch him and he dis entire living room in 10min.
It was his last stop and could tell he just wanted to leave.
Towards the end he ran out of water and couldn't complete service.
I hired ZeroRez to clean grout on tile flooring. Process used only with water did not clean grout. I spent 8 hours cleaning grout after service. Must use more time on soiled areas and appropriate cleaning agent. When asking for a refund, I was told they want to do it over again. Not allowed to get a refund even though I was very unsatisfied with the final product. Now I need to sit home and wait for technician arrival a second time. Shouldn’t have to have done twice to get clean grout - very doubtful that this process will get it clean a second time.
zerorez does agood job.
Had tile cleaned, however there was still some small paint drops that did not get cleaned off. I just used a butter knife and took them off. If you can't get those off with your machines then what else are you not getting off?
Not being able to get behind or around the toilets are not okay with me. You could have a special smaller tool to do this.
Feel like the guy flew through the cleaning. Maybe a 2nd pass or a slower 1st pass would have done a better job.
Not impressed at all.
Chemical free friendly staff with knowledgable service techs
Last year I used a mom & pop carpet cleaning company for my carpet and grout and I was left dissatisfied. I felt as if there were things over looked!
This time I wanted to try a recommended company so I called Zerorez!
Joshua was amazing! I couldn't be home so my Father was there. I was able to talk with Joshua over the phone to make sure he knew exactly what I needed done. He was very nice & very easy to work with & because of his great customer service, I'm booking my tile grout to be cleaned by Joshua from Zerorez. Thank you for doing such an amazing job & focusing on the trouble spots that I had. My Father said you did an excellent job, Thank you for that!
Schedule better, we thought he was coming for an estimate. But it was to clean. We had to hurry and move things. We are 81 and 78 years old so it was a struggle, no time to get help. Our previous cleaner mover everything for us.
