Zerorez cleaned my tile yesterday it looks wonderful he did a very good job very professional and it looks great! I will definitely be hiring them again! The grout looks so clean. I really didn’t know what color the grout was until now it’s amazing the job Zerorez did to my white tile floors keep up the good work thank you very much!
We moved into a rental home while in the process of our new home being built. Shocked to discover the master bedroom had a STRONG urine smell. I contacted our management company and was told “ carpets had been professionally cleaned and there’s nothing else we can do”. This was very upsetting. I contacted Zerores and got an instant response and was able to be scheduled the day I requested and time frame I requested. The technician that arrived was on time and very nice. He did a a very thorough evaluation of the carpet and discussed my treatment options. He did a fantastic job cleaning the urine smell. I waited to give my review to make sure the urine smell did not return and it has not!!! I have already recommended Zerores to many people, including the Doctor I work for!! I would use this company again! They did s fantastic job!
The grout is still very dirty in places. I was hoping to for a better result.

The technician was prompt and very nice. He cleaned a couch and 5 area rugs. I could not believe how fast the items dried. The items did not have very many stains; however, everything just look "refreshed".

Areas of tile and grout look the same as before they were cleaned. Not worth the money
No chemicals....and being on time. Our rug was maybe 14 years old, and since we rented it before we brought, we had no idea what was on the rug. However, we do know it had been "cleaned" I think by someone named Daniel....and we think he did use a chemical bade!

Booking the time was easy on the website. I was sent reminders, and kept up to date about the time window. The service crew let me know exactly when they would arrive. The service crew was exceptional. Very respectful and helpful. The carpets look amazing and I appreciate there was no soap, so no crunchies later. Definitely great experience.
