I didn't expect miracles but the carpets are miraculously clean. They were badly stained from our dogs, and your treatment process is amazing. Our tiles and grout also look brand new. We couldn't be happier and Dave was a pleasure to work with! We plan to request him again in the future.
Price is the same even if you have small rooms with furniture in them. Very little carpet cleaned in bedrooms.
From the very start when I called the number we heard on the radio Customer Service George listened to my needs and concerns, then proceeded to answer every question I had and gave me a quote that I felt was fair. George informed me how the process works and when to expect a call informing me when the Technician would be arriving.
Our Technician was Dillion, Dillion listened to my concerns and what I was expecting from this service, also he completed a walk thru as we talked. He as very polite, courteous and professional taking time to answer and ask his own questions concerning our needs.
We were extremely pleased with the workmanship and the price quoted was what we paid, no up sales where pushed.
I most definitely would use Zerorez Phoenix again.
