The techs are well trained and professional. The tech explained everything he was doing and assured me the carpeting and tile would look great. The product used on my carpeting left them bright and soft. The fiber was not hard and crunchy. The tile came out like new.

I don't know if it's normal, but it took less time to clean the carpets and put protectant on then it takes to vacuum the carpets. I am not super impressed, the carpet looks ok. I didn't realize that it would be left so wet it took over 8 hours to dry, maybe that is normal too. I was told it would take 15 to 20 minutes per room plus the hall. When it only took 6 to 7 minutes per room and that doesn't count the hall. To do 4 bedrooms, a formal dining room,a formal front room and 33' hallway it took 49 minutes. He arrived at 3:55 and was gone by 4:44

I was a little disappointed after hearing all the advertisements about how absolutely beautiful your floors would look after cleaning the grout from the tile. Most areas look good but some, not so good. For $269.00 and only 1 hour worth of work--I would have thought they might go after some areas a little harder.
We contacted your company on the same day of your service, cleaning tile and grout. We were pleased with the grout cleaning, But the residue left on the tile was horrible. We have a commercial steamer and had to use it three times with clean towels to resolve the residue left by your tech. It was cloudy and sticky in places.
ZeroRez advertises no chemical/residue. Certainly wasn't the case for us. The contact person I notified two times has not responded either. Great customer service.
I have used Zerorez for many years, first in California and then here in Arizona where we moved 9 years ago. Admittedly I have tried other less expensive carpet cleaners but never with the satisfaction that Zerorez supplies. Even the heavy traffic areas are rendered like new after Zerorez does their magic! The technicians are friendly, professional and efficient.
