The similar water stains were only removed from some of my seats and not others if they spent more than 30min am sure they would have been removed but for $164 I feel ripped off

It is powered water with no chemicals added and the carpet dries quickly without being crunchy.

We use Your company all the time and have always had great results. We called to have carpets cleaned for a specific area on a rug. The spot was from our dog having diarrhea. The person cleaned the carpets and told us the spot may not come out. I went in after the carpet as dry and the spot was very dark. I used Resolve on the carpet myself and the spot is now gone. I don’t think the technician used a spot remover first. I could have saved myself a lot of money doing it myself. We had Zerorez at our home in Oceanside, California a week ago for the same problem and the carpets look great. Advise the technician to use spot remover first before cleaning the carpets.

The technician after pulling on the cord of the vacuum the way he did and broke a special order blown glass vase that has been in the family for over 15 years and hard to replace instead of charging for services should have just waited for management to handle Monday. Instead still charged for the carpet cleaning and at this point what I paid for the cleaning still won’t be enough to cover replacing the item broken let alone the hours I will have to take and see where I am going to find a place to replace an item that was created over 15 years ago as a special order for special candle holders created by my grandfather that is the only thing I had Of him to remember him by that was created and designed by him. Very disappointed as this could have been avoided especially if the cords would have not been pulled in such manner and just walked up to the area being cleaned.

First of all the carpet cleaner was so very pleasant and on time. He explained everything thoroughly and did everything wonderfully. We have a hypoallergenic carpet thats light in color so some of the areas are not exactly cleaned perfectly. ( the high traffic) It is a new carpet and we cannot use any chemicals due to the fact that our daughter has eczema/allergy.

I think it should be a lower cost.

What I like about zerorez is that they do not use chemicals...easy to make an appoitment, friendly and on time.

No chemicals, military discount and my rug and upholstery look new again thank you.

Never got a call they were coming until he was already here and didn't get a 24 hour notice. Did a descent job.

Your technician was excellent

The cleaners did not adequately suck the moisture from the carpets. After more than 12 hours of dry time, I was able to suck moisture from the carpets using my home carpet cleaner. After 18 hours there were still damp spots in my carpet. This is despite having fans on, including the house fan. So while the top of the carpets were cleaned the mat and bottoms of my carpet now have all of the dirty water dried into them that your carpet cleaners did not properly remove.

The person who came to my home was punctual and professional. He explained the process and efficiently completed my job. He answered all of my questions. I like the fact that there is no residue.

What can I say? I love the chemical-free cleaning, the freshness that it leaves without stinking up my home. Henry the gentleman that came to do my home was the most respectful friendly gentleman I have met in a long time. I liked being notified the Tech was on the way. I enjoyed the map to my house and tracking the Tech. My Tech, Terry, checked out the rooms to be cleaned to be sure everything was right and what I wanted would be done. He was efficient and pleasant. My rugs look great!

We have 3 Corgis and they not only do they shed and get dirty but now and then when we're away they may have an accident, so when necessary, we get spot pet treatments. We've had Zerorez clean our carpets twice now and we're very pleased. We've also requested Steve as he is very thorough and professional. We highly recommend Zerorez and will continue to have them clean our carpets in the future.

I liked that the carpet does not feel crunchy after cleaning.

I had two chairs cleaned and they don’t look any different. The stairs are still dirty as well. I guess with all the hype around Zetorez I just expected better results.
