Great job and completed quickly. It didn't take as long for the carpet to dry as it has in the past.
Works great. Tanner is very professional and a good representative for you. On time. Pleasant, helpful, gave good suggestions. My carpet is 17 years old and hasn't been cleaned for 6 years. So I wasn't expecting much. He made it look better than I thought was possible.

The carpet is still dirty. The cleaner said they didn’t need to go over some of the pet spots and they clearly are still showing. He seemed in way too much of a hurry!

Didn't want to post a bad review until I spoke to someone to give you the opportunity to explain or make things right The appointment was easy to make, you came when you said, the young man was friendly.. however from your website and your ads I expected the floors to be cleaned better. I went to the trouble to remove everything but the couch and the chairs from the tile, even the dining room table and chairs. to make the job as easy as possible. However when I got home I could see so many spots that were missed. I bought this house of year ago and the tile was brand new
Friendly technician, very knowledgeable-he gave me reasonable quotes and thorough explanations for additional options. I appreciated the information without the pushy up-sell. I ended up purchasing some of the suggested additions. My carpet dried much faster than I’d anticipated and it feels so soft. I will definitely use your services again and recommend you to family and friends.

You responded to my text after our tile cleaning response. The service was done at our home 5720 E Calle Marita in Cave Creek, Az, Monday, September 16th. As I said, the young man was very personable and professional. After the cleaning treatment, both your employee and myself were disappointed with the results. Our home is 6 years old and extremely well maintained both by my husband and myself as well as professionally cleaned weekly. We have no pets and no children that live in the home. The technician said that because our grout is very light color is the reason for the differences in results of the color. He tried a small area by hand scrubbing and one area seemed to help but another did not. He told me that if we had used dark brown grout with our white tile it would have cleaned much better. ??? By no means does our tile floor resemble your advertising that it should look like new. As a local realtor I have recommended your company and have used you as well for carpeting over the past decade. You suggested that you will have someone come out to go over the tile floor again. We have had out of town guests this week which of course would not work. I am skeptical for two reasons.... One, the man who cleaned the tile said he doubted it would do much good and the other reason is during the treatment an enormous amount of water is poured over the floor and I am afraid we could get mold under the trim and absorbed into the wallboard. The floor did not dry out until the following afternoon. Your thoughts?

We have used Zerorez twice now for carpet cleaning and both times they were amazing! We have three dogs that make keeping carpet really clean a tough thing. Zerorez came in and made everything 10 times better! We would highly recommend them to anyone!
Awesome will schedule around Thanksgiving again. Would like to keep white carpets sooo clean & so soft to walk on . All pet smells are gone too.
Gave service masters two chances to clean them & each time just filthy plus twice the money.
Paul was a Sweetie too. He was very honest about no guarantee they will look like new again because they were still so dirty from Service Master two weeks ago. Traffic areas had so much dirt & soap we really were very surprised how great they look

The quality of service--what our house looks like when they are done--is why I use Zerorez, but the people are what I like the BEST, and the reason I called them back again to do more work. My technician explained everything about the process and answered ALL of my questions and concerns. I was EXTREMELY pleased with Dustin's work and the results. My carpets are Beautiful !!! I was so impressed I scheduled my tile cleaning next week. I had a slight problem with one cushion on my sectional, but Zerorez immediately re-scheduled Dustin out again to redo one cushion. No hassle quick and easy
The technician was nice and polite but it didn't really seem like the carpets were cleaned at all, just wet. They still look the same as before. I received a phone call from a Zerorez representative offering to send someone out to re-accomplish the clean but I don't feel like I should have to do that at all. It should be done right the first time. The carpets didn't look too bad to start out with so I am not going to waste my time for someone to come wet them down with "empowered water" and then still be disappointed. Definitely not going with Zerorez again. Next time I will find someone cheaper that will actually get the job done.
It’s 24 hours later and my carpet is still wet. This was extremely expensive and I now have doubts this was worth it as it’s not dry, can not have the furniture out on it, and our house is still in a state of crazy because of have all the furniture off the Carpet. I can’t access my closet for the same reason. There are large areas where the pet remover was poured and is still visible in our marks.
