Loved Zerorez! They notified me the window they would show up, sent a text 15 mins before they came and they were extremely efficient. My technician explained everything beforehand and was extremely knowledgeable on all my questions and even helped me move some furniture around. The entire 5 rooms and a hallway of carpet took less than a hour and a half. Will definitely use them again!
Everyone who works for Zerorez is so nice! They do an outstanding job getting the toughest stains out!

There are spots downstairs on the tile that were completely missed and a spot on the carpet of the stairs. We are trying to sell our home and so this is a set back for us and is very frustrating. I would like a partial refund and technician to come back to clean the areas missed. Please call me as soon as possible to get this arranged.
You did a very nice job cleaning my tile. The original quote was way off from what was charged. I know it is just an estimate, but being a little more precise would be a good thing.

Brandon showed up on time was friendly, and very professional. As he did his initial walk through, he explained the processes. I liked how Brandon continued to keep me engaged. After completing each room he asked if I was ok with the end result and asked if there was part that I wanted him to go back over. You can tell Brandon takes pride in the work he does. I had some awful stains and was amazed how he was able to remove them.
It was easy to schedule a service, even last minute. The tech did a fantastic job cleaning my tile and grout. It looked like a new floor!

This was my first time using a commercial company to clean my floors. For years I was using
a tile cleaner however, I wanted to try a cleaning company. Evan was my floor cleaning person and he had great customer service talking with me about my expectations and then meeting and going beyond. It was just a great experience all around and I will tell anyone looking for tile cleaning to go to ZEROREZ!!!

Jeff was a pro from the gilbert location; dried quickly because jeff did a great job by not leaving excess water on the carpet. And because of the equipment or the quality of the ingredients used our carpets never looked better .
The tech was prompt, friendly, efficient, and took care to avoid introducing soil into the home by wearing contractor's booties and ensuring that the equipment he brought in to do the work with was clean. This is by far the most expensive carpet cleaning solution in the marketplace, but the results were impressive - the heavily soiled area that first inspired my decision to use this company was left very nearly like new, and just as they advertise, the carpet dried in much less time than other services I've used in the past. I'll definitely recommend and use again.
Branden was very friendly & professional, as well as very knowledgeable about Zeroez. I like the idea, that there are no chemicals or soaps used in your process of cleaning our carpets. We had some very nasty spots on our light carpeting. Branden hit those spots with confidence, that he would do his best to get them out. And he did! Amazing! We are very pleased with the results, & would definitely refer Zerorez to our friends. In fact, I already have.

Jason was great! Our floors look incredible. Only after Zerorez do you realize how dirty your floors really were.
