The guys were friendly and nice (Aaron and Cody) and Duda good job. The only reason it’s not a 10 is that our closet door roller (the wheel part that makes it roll) was broken and nothing was said. We found out afterwards and sent in some pics with a description, but haven’t heard back.

I enjoyed the courteous attention to detailed cleaning. Tanner was polite and explained the process clearly before beginning. For decade old carpet it looked like a million bucks when he finished. We will request Tanner for our return cleaning needs in the future. The water cleaning has not exacerbated our allergies in the least. In fact, we find a marked difference in our well being between the cleaned carpet, versus the areas we are waiting to address in December. Thank you so very much!

My carpets always look and feel brand new every time you guys come and clean it. Amazing! Trey was the guy who took care of us and he did an absolutely awesome job. He was very thorough with everything and even showed us a demonstration with how the empowered water works against the oils that appear in the carpets. Would definitely recommend that you ask for Trey to be your guy.

The grout is about as clean as when I clean it myself with a brush and mop. The rep was nice and thought the grout would look better after it dried. It didnt.
