The guys were great and did a wonderful job. We have lots of tile and it probably hadn’t been cleaned in years. Smells and look so great!

Your crew was terrific yesterday and our carpet and floors look awesome! Our tile is 20 years old and our grout really needed cleaning. Your process made our floors look brand new again. I never thought it would look this great! We have recommended your company to 4 other family members already.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The techs were awesome and super nice...my tile isn't any cleaner than when I mop it myself and my carpet, which had some stains but wasn't bad, wasn't that improved from the cleaning either. I've used other companies that have cleaned worse carpets with better results...so considering the high cost of what I paid for, I can't recommend Zerorez and my review will reflect accordingly on sites.

Paul was really great. He educated me & walked me through the process clearly. I like that the product is so clean! My carpets feel great with no residue & no odor. I was also surprised at how quick the process was. I would definitely use ZeroRez again.

Very pleased with the service. (Although the tech forgot to close my gates and put my bathroom night light back in place. Due to my disability, the socket is out of reach.)

Product has no smell and safe for pets. Brandon was here on time and did a great job. Would not mind having him back to clean next time. He was informed about the product and how to use them properly.
Kind of a private person so please don't share my info. But give kudos to Brandon.

From the ease of setting up the appointment to the fresh, clean carpet...we are big fans of Zerorez! Joshua was great, even had some good suggestions for making our carpets last a little longer!

The carpets cleaned up well. The carpets were not hard and crunchy when they dried and they dried in about 10 hours. The gentleman who did the cleaning didn’t try to up-sell or trick me into buying more services. He explained everything that was available and let me decide what I wanted to do.

Carson spent extra time cleaning high traffic areas, was very efficient and very personable. I’m very pleased with the results. I really appreciate no chemicals used to clean the carpets!
