Quality and friendly service
The technician was right on time, worked quickly, cleaned up neatly, and reduced my charges because I misunderstood the square footage limits. The carpet dried within a few hours and looks great. We may have him return to clean the grout on our floor tiles.
Pay more attention to where carpets meet walls.
Friendly staff and our carpets look brand new! We have lived her 3.5 years and have 3 pets. Amazing results!

i thought it wasn’t cleaned well in the main family room. After the technician left I went back and looked and you could see the dirt marks in front of the chair,etc. it did look better when it dried but the main family room looked more vacuumed to me.
Dustin was very professional and did an excellent job.
The technician was friendly, fast and efficient! My 5 year old thinks she’s a make up artist and is constantly playing with makeup. Her carpet was bad! I wasn’t expecting a miracle, just wanted to know the carpets were clean. Her carpet looks amazing! No remnants of blue eyeshadow or hot pink blush! 🤣

The carpet is very clean! However, it took through the night to get dry.

I like the fact that Zero razz uses water rather than detergents. The carpets look so good after they are cleaned. And the service man went out of his way to be helpful. I am very satisfied and will have them again.
