The carpet looked the same, horrible. It looked like they were just wet. All the baloney explanations of how old the carpet is and the crap about stains was pointless. I rented a machine from home depot and they came out really clean. The spots... I tested one and just wiped it off with water. Seriously ridiculous I always clean my carpets myself. I have been busy and exhausted so I figured I would hire someone. Never again. Ever. Huge disappointment.
I appreciate the communication around appointment time and arrival. I like how great my carpet looks after a cleaning that does not seem to take a lot of time.
James (the service tech) was prompt on his time and the projected time it would take him to do the rooms. He was very knowledgeable about the cheap carpet the landlord had etc. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Carpets look same as before cleaning. One spot was not removable and I cleaned it myself with Resolve in 5 minutes flat! I will have have all three rugs redone by someone else. I will not ever use your service again.
