I was very pleased with they young man that came to our home. He was very polite and helpful. Took care to protect our art pieces and baseboards from the hose he used to clean the carpet. The carpet looks just like it did, and feels just as soft, as the day it was put in.

The product the punctuality and the cost is not bad.
You need to improve pricing on hallways or small areas. I get a very large room cleaned @$45 and then request a quote for a small hallway path and it comes @$40...
On time to start the job..Went over everything he was doing and carpets looked Great when he was done..

Very thorough, took the time to ensure all deep cleaning where needed was taken care of, was cost conscience and provided the best rate after reviewing our cleaning needs.
I have had my carpets cleaned with you both of my houses. I had called to set up my 2nd home for cleaning ... I just had a baby and on cleaning day sent my mom to meet the tech. When she arrived they walked the house and the tech said it might be more then quoted for the hallway. I thought that was odd since when I booked the appt originally I had them pull the ticket from a previous clean where I had the entire home done and the tech then is the one who told me what the hallway was (in sq feet) . Just felt a bit like bait and switch as the cleaning was already $300. I conveyed this to my mom and she went to the tech and advised. The price was not changed but still left a bad taste. I have always recommended you guys for doing a good job as well as being honest about on many occasions. Hopefully this was a one off and not the sign of losing the personal touch you have provided in the past.
The power water is great and cleans well. We also use the water around the house. Like that it is not chemical based as we have a special needs daughter who is on the floor a lot as well as cats and dogs.
Had some dog urine issues which didn't clean quite as well but working on it with a recommended product.
The technicians are professional but friendly.
I am Very Happy with the Service and the Products. They took out the spots I had from my sick cat I had. I can't see where they were! It is Fantastic! It also got the carpet looking like new.
I think Anthony did a fantastic job and I would request him the next time I need my Carpet cleaned. I highly recommend Zerorez !!

I really like the process. However, with reservations. I would never allow the cleaning solution be sprayed on natural color fibers.
