Carpet did not look any better and the guy left big foot prints on bathroom and entryway tile for buyers on their final walk thru to see. Not accommodating of the time we needed either
I appreciated straight forward pricing. No hidden fees or upsale pressure for services. Service that Josh and Raul provided, exceeded my expectations. We are in a rental and the carpet is 10 yrs old. High traffic areas are damaged. I was just hoping for them to clean the best they could to make them look better and freshen up. Josh- extremely customer oriented, professional and knowledgeable explained that he could get it lightened up quite a bit but, it wouldn't look new as it was considered damaged. The carpet was bad and I wasn't expecting a whole lot as I knew and mentioned. Well, Josh and his partner Raul, did amazing. Thank you, Excellent service.

The only negative I have is the wait time on the phone. Client Service Rep, Charles, was pleasant and professional. I received a call for service time when I was promised. Prior to the technician arriving, I received a call from Russell letting me know the team was on their way and when to expect them. The team arrived exactly when expected. They were very knowledgeable of their products and processes and very professional.
How well the product works. And does not damage the carpet.

Kyle was very personable. He did a wonderful job. The equipment was extremely clean. Better than other carpet cleaning companies. We will never use any other company. Zerorez is the best out there!
