I felt like an expert was in my home to SAVE THE DAY! I was encouraged by Joshua G. and he did an amazing job. I did not expect to have him offer to clean our 9x12 wool oriental rug because I did not this it could be cleaned. We have had it for 28 yrs and it was never cleaned and Joshua made it look like new! It was in the formal living room so it wasn't in bad shape but
28 yrs of Christmas in the living room and the like.
The stair (white burber) and the family room are wonderful. I am making my list for all that I want
done on the next appt. So excited.

Friendly staff and my carpets look great!
All in all the service was very good and the Technician arrived when the text schedule said he would, he was very knowledgeable and courteous. I did appreciate the upfront pricing with no surprises well except for the protection that was offered during the visit which was an extra $25 will see if it was worth it in a couple of weeks. Thank you

The guy who came out and performed the work was super friendly, professional, quick, and honest.

Last fall I purchased your cleaning product when I had my furniture cleaned. The tech told a refill would be about $50 and someone would come out and do the refill. Last week I called for a refill and was told it would be and additional $10 for some one to come to the house. That was different than what I was originally told but I like the product and agreed to it. When the tech arrived the charge was actually $86 because that was the minimum charge to come out. Again a change. No complaints about the techs, they were all pleasant and extremely polite. Just frustrated with the bait and switch. This fall when I get my furniture and carpets cleaned I will try another company. I also won't purchase the zero water again $86 is a bit much.

The tech guy was fine nothing wrong with him he was promt and quickly did the carpets in about 20 mins. Wasn't happy with the clean there was many stains im my master bedroom that i ended up get out my self after the cleaning using my own carpet cleaner and oxy spray. Not a service for me.

On time, Customer Service skills were excellent and he did a great job on all the carpets. In addition he provided valuable information on maintain of carpets for longer life.

I was unable to be at the location at the specified time during work, so the technician as reported to me was very assertive in asking about other added charges (for certain stains)-kinda pushy per my friend

The cleaning with powered water
My carpet is so clean and fresh. It's not crunchy. You become nose blind to the smells in your home. It's not really noticed until you go away for a few days. With dogs and children, my carpet took a beating. Now it looks brand new again. I Last name removed it.
The service person was very thorough in discussing what we wanted cleaned, showing me carpet damage with a black light, and responding to questions regarding cleaning synthetic vs. wool rugs before he began. He asked to I was satisfied with each area he'd cleaned before moving to the next. He advised me regarding additional optional cleaning techniques and their likely cost. He discussed maintenance vs. replacement options with me. His demeanor was polite and very professional.
