My boyfriend had called to get a quote for carpet cleaning because his dog pooped on the stairs and our relationship dogs tracked it through the upstairs. He was only quoted for the three room special plus the stairs and wasn't told about additional costs for the waste fee, sanitization solution for pet accidents or protective coating that is also available. If I read my bill correctly I was charged for 6 landings when I have a small landing on the stairs where it turns and a small landing at the top before it splits into two bedrooms. The guys brought in the corner protectors and I saw my wall was getting scuffed at the turn in my stairs so I put one of the protectors over that. They moved it away and proceeded with work so now I'm going to have to descuff and repaint that area. It would also be nice if there was some sort of freshener that is used when the job is done as well so it really feels like it's clean. I also got a strong sniff of urine walking down my stairs today and there were no opportunities for my dogs to have created a new spot so I'm not even sure it worked which is kind of disheartening. The only really plus is that the guys were very nice.

I was completely scammed. I paid over triple the estimated cost to have pet stains removed. What a joke. All I got was crusty carpet that smells horribly of chemicals, and ALL of the stains are still there!!! I tried to call in and talk to someone but was on hold for a very long time. I have been a loyal customer for years, but after this experience, I don’t think I can ever trust this company again.

The carpet just didn’t seem like it got clean enough. Not sure how else to explain it. The tech was nice enough, but the stains that seemed more basic (carpet is 6 years old) still didn’t come out.

I was sent an unskilled carpet cleaner. At one point after he had cleaned my two upstairs rooms, the stairs, and a rug on the first level, he was wrapping things up to go home when I saw that the loft had not been cleaned as pointed out by my child. I let him know and he preceded to clean it, but never put any booties on his tennis shoes and walked up my wet stairs and also had the dirty hose dragging over my cleaned rug. Also the hose was wrapped on top of part of my banister. After he finished cleaning, he told me that since he forgot the loft he wasn’t going to charge me for a hallway. I was confused, but later I realized he was talking about part of my small loft that led to the bathroom in front of my daughters room. The last cleaning I received from zerorez did not state that was a hallway but part of my loft. I did call to let someone know of the service I received, the young lady listened and was kind and stated that a manger was going to call me the next day. I have not received a call from the manager which leads me to believe that customer service is not a high priority for this business. Also as the carpets have dried, I am not fully pleased with the cleaning. Some of the high traffic areas are still dirty. I feel that the amount I paid for this service was not equivalent to the service I received. I will not be using zerorez in the future.
