There are a couple of areas that were clearly missed in the cleaning
Kirin did a great job! He was very professional and friendly. We are very pleased with the results of the cleaning.
The two techs that came out did a very good job.
Excellent as usual
I just took the time to revue my receipt and was stunned to notice Carson charged us $45. for a 4x3.5 section of carpet. I was not informed of this extra charge and really feel 'ripped off.'

These guys were phenomenal! My carpet was bad... Like really bad. They arrived promptly and got straight to work! The techs were very professional and courteous. They went above and beyond what I expected. I am thrilled with the outcome, and would recommend Zerorez to anyone and everyone!

Environmentally safe gets sofa and rugs super clean no residue on either.
The extra cost of the bio spray was useless. The carpet still smells as it did before it was cleaned and the spray applies. The product is not worth the money. Also, we have 5 stains about the size is a quarter that were not on the carpet before. Most likely from the shoes is the tech or from the machine. Will need to clean the stains. Paid about $300 for 2 rooms hallway and stairs. Thought the price was way to high. The tech was very nice and he worked hard. I just think the products are inferior.

The Zerorez workers were very pleasant and capable. The method left the carpet looking better than it has in a long while, and--unlike the previous company--left it soft and odor-free.

Fast and friendly service at a reasonable price. The carpets look great and the service didn't take very long. I am very pleased with the results and am planning to have another room done soon. They did not try to sell me on services that I didn't really need. I appreciate a business that doesn't try to take advantages of a customers lack of knowledge. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

The price was slightly higher than anticipated should do more for return clients if the cost was less I would use the service more often
I like the minimal amount of chemicals and the ph balanced water that you use and your technicians: both Trey and last time Dustin were curteous, caring and thorough in their job.
much better and cleaner than services I had used before, this was the first time I've had the carpet cleaned in this house, however, I bought it less than two years ago. Going to get the upstairs done before Thanksgiving.
