Things just weren’t really explained well. I tried to ask a lot of questions because I wasn’t understanding and have never used you guys before. But I don’t know if he just did not understand what I was asking about the pet treatment, never knew about a 2nd floor charge (which is fine to pay but would have been nice to have seen that anywhere on the site), he just seemed kind of over it. Which like I said I don’t know if from me not understanding or what. I tried to be nice to him and explain. He just wasn’t really about it.

Our tech was very professional and happy to answer all of our questions. He worked non stop while here and communicated his intentions as to what areas he would do first, second and last which allowed us to stay out of his way!

The carpet is clean and soap free. The agent is on time, very dependable and careful.
Paul was very polite. He took the time to explain the cleaning process and was very knowledgeable. Once the pet solution was applied, he explained how it was working. Prior to using the pet solution, we discussed the options for getting the stains out of the carpet, including the cost of the solution and his best estimate as to how much it would take. He consulted with me every step of the way. The carpet looks like new and we are very pleased.

Your tech was excellent. He arrived on time, was professional as he explained what he was going to do and inquired if I had any changes or suggestions. He was very efficient and did an excellent job. He also quoted the price before beginning and the price didn’t change. I think his name was Anthony. He should receive a 10 for a job well done!
