Floor grout came out looking great. I was very pleased with the work done. I was not at all pleased with the grout along all baseboards. It was untouched. So all I notice when looking at floor, is the dirty grout lines along edges. Is this what your technicians are trained for? Clean the surface and ignore the edges.

Called on phone -and the quote was 200 dollars. Tech got her and it was double the amount quoted, I still paid it because I want the pet odors gone. The pet odors are still there and when I called I was told I might have to pay more money to get it removed. I already paid you once, why would I pay you again and there is a chance of it not even coming out?

I feel that your advertisment was misleading!!! The pet urine smell is still strongly there and if I didn't want the 75$ each bottle which the technician explained I needed 2 one gallon bottles then my stains and the pet smell will always be there....how does this company get off advertising that you all can get rid of pet stains and smell but not aware of it until the technician is out with his black light and calculator running up the bill. Completely annoyed I spent 318$ for the exact same carpet results before you showed up. I'll be taking this same complaint to social media.
