We were super pleased when he left but stains are coming back. Also he missed a huge pee spot from my dog but at the same time I also thought he got it. Part of that is my fault for missing that he missed it
Making an appointment was very easy. The carpetman arrived on time and after looking over the job he started right in. He answered a few questions I had, did the job and it looked great to me. After drying time, I moved some of my furniture back. Yes I would recommend Zerorez to anyone who asks me. Before the carpetman left, i asked for a business card which he gave me for future use!
