The technicians who responded to our service request were professional, very hard-working, and well-trained.
Our carpet cleaning request included stairs and 3 rooms, one of which had experienced a series of pet accidents. We had used natural cleaning products and other carpet cleaning services in the past, but there was always a slight residual odor. Zerorez offered a "biologics"/deep-cleaning treatment that totally addressed the odor & stain problem. We couldn't be happier with the results.
Zerorez also cleaned & resealed the light colored tile grout in our kitchen, family room and entryway -- all heavy traffic areas. The results from the Zerorez multi-step process were excellent.

I felt the service was great from your staff, but was disappointed with how much I paid and the final result. I still do have stains in my carpet. I know it's impossible to get everything out, I guess I just expected a better result with what I had heard regarding your company. I paid $810 for cleaning of 5 bedrooms, a loft, stairs, hallway and 2 chairs + protectant. That is a large area I know. I guess coming from Montana where I had my carpets cleaned with an Eco friendly company twice a year paying around $500 to clean a larger home and sectional couch, I'm a little disappointed with the value.
