My rug didn't look as clean as I hoped for. And my vehicle still has the same odor it had before. The rep I booked my apt with said after the cleaning my vehicle would smell clean days later… Well hours later I did not smell anything new. Very disappointed.

I used to work in the carpet cleaning industry, and from my experience, I can say that the ZeroRez process is superior to all competitors. Their process not only extracts the dirt, but in high traffic areas which tend to get matted down, their process effectively lifts the nap from the carpet. The technician was courteous and professional through and through.

I was quoted less than the final price. That situation is not appealing when I felt like I went above and beyond to explain the couch prior to the cleaning. My wife is here at the time of the cleaning and now the price is different, much higher than the original price and more expensive than all your competitors.
