Technician was great and the carpet looked awesome when he was done. I had steam cleaned it prior and it did not look as good as it did with zerorez.

The guy who cleaned our carpets was really professional and did a great job! I just don’t feel like my carpets are that much better than they are from other carpet cleaners. So for your Last name removed vs other companies prices I don’t know that the cost benefit is there.
The product works. Easy to schedule and manage appointments. Tech (Abraham) was great I didn't add in a portion of the house and he assist me in getting it into the quote and complete with no hassles. End results was better than expected

The price we were told over the phone when scheduling wasn’t the price when the guy came to clean it. We were told $89 and got charged $189 to clean a bed frame. Completely outrageous. Never will I recommend ZeroRez to anyone or will I pay for yours service again.
The services are very professional from the technicians that are coming in to my home and the product is better than any on the market to get the carpets clean and keep them clean.

Was nice to be able to schedule online. The guy that came to the house was great. I appreciate that he was careful and was respectful of the house.
The original employee who came out did an unacceptable job - left streaks, dirt, and failed to properly clean grout as advertised. I will say that when the second person came out after I called to complain, they did a fantastic job that met our expectations. Going forward, I am uncertain if I will use Zerorez or try a different company who can do things right the first time.
The carpet came out very nice, the guy showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and went straight to work. Didn't take long at all and results were great!
I was not hopefull for my tile floors but they came out really clean!
