Friendly service, great work!!
I have used zerorez several times over the years and been very satisfied. This last visit on August 3 2019, I was not satisfied. It seemed the tech was in a hurry and I don’t believe the 3 rooms were cleaned equally. The many times before, the carpet was damp and I could see they were prepped and cleaned. This time, majority of the areas were not even slightly damp.
Excellent Service and the carpet cleaning more than met our expectations.
The gentleman that came out to do our carpets was courteous and explained everything within the process.
I got three rooms of carpet cleaned and the tech completed the job in 25 min. I remember in past services Zerorez took the full hour and my carpet felt crunchy this time after it was cleaned. My carpet wasn’t that dirty, however I feel he could of taken more time.
Everything and I mean everything as promised. Easy do do business with.

The Zerorez employees that worked at our house were phenomenal. We really enjoyed them and they were courteous and great to work with. My frustration lies with the pet odor treatment. It seems the areas that were treated smell just as bad as they did prior to treatment. I did not feel like we got great value for the money we spent.

The technician was good but the van was broken so he had to wait for another to be delivered. It is quite a bit more expensive than other carpet cleaners.

Our technician that came out this last time was carlton and he was nice, pleasant and didnt push me to get more stuff if i said no. But i do want to say that him talking to me about my tile and then showing me a section that he cleaned was amazing and we got it done

Great technician
At first glance the carpet looked clean but after it dried I vacuumed it and I filled the tank with dirt, hair and dust several times. I asked the technician if I should vacuumed before he washed d he said no. He stated that the cleaning would get every dust particle and hair a d that was not true.
He was polite and explained the process and was moved quickly throughout the house but I just dont think I got what I paid for.
