The technician was on time, pleasant and thorough in doing the cleaning requested.
From the beginning the appointment set up to the cleaning of my carpets was handled with professionalism. The Technician Paul was great, the timing was perfect and the services were great. He was pleasant and professional at all times.
The tech was very nice. In the past when I have had carpets cleaned from other companies, small furniture would get moved and some furniture would have styrofoam pieces put under the legs. This time no furniture was moved of any kind, even small lightweight tables, coffee tables or end tables, just go around the legs. No offer to help move anything, even for a senior citizen. I think tech's should be able to move small pieces of furniture like plant stands, small tv stands that weigh about 5 pounds, not go around everything.
There just seemed to be no extra effort put into the job, even though the tech was nice.

The rugs were cleaned to perfection and the technician was great.
David H was great. He did a great job communicating and also with doing the job itself. He gets a 10 and the only reason you didn’t get a terrible review.
However, the fact that no one told me that your treatment for animal urine is $75 per gallon when I mentioned that the reason I was getting my carpet cleaned is pet stain was wrong. It seemed like a bait and switch. One small room was going to need 3-4 gallons which is around $300 dollars extra! That’s just that room. Had I know I would not have chosen your company. The whole job was estimated to need 8 gallons or so - $600. That’s something that you should mention before I went through the trouble of moving furniture.
You can’t possibly imagine how angry I am about this. David called the supervisor and the offer was two free gallons. Even with that it would have been at least 3 times the amount I had agreed to when the appointment was made.
Omission is a form of lying!
It would serve you well to communicate these possible additional costs upfront and well in advance.

The carpets dry very well without residue and can be walked on in a minimum period of time. Tech's are very polite and knowledgeable. We have tried several carpet cleaners in the past but now always call Zerorez
Eric did a terrific job. He was very friendly and knew just what to do. I showed him all my concerns with my carpet and sofa and he performed his magic. Everything came out perfect and I am very happy.

There is no odor as my husband and I use only odor free products. The spots I was concerned about came out and the carpet looks great!

Steven K. was my Tech again! And, I truly appreciate the consistency of having the same Tech visit after visit. I feel like I know my Tech b/c he’s been my Tech now for at least 2 or 3 yrs. Now to the carpet… It's Zerorez so of course they are clean now!

Technician James is awesome, very personable, professional, just an all around great person, not to mention my carpet looks & feels great (16 year old) carpet at that. Now my kitchen chairs a little different, James tried but the stains are still there, he was concerned about ruining the fabric, but he did try! Only suggestion here is if they are white or cream color you probably should just tell the customer save your money & get reupholstered or buy seat covers! Thanks again & for having James come out and take a second look! Still would like to see a refund on the chairs, if not I understand and would still recommend your services 😊

Difficult to give a true rating due to the condition of our carpet, so I can't truly judge the quality of the process. Technician did the best job he could, he is top notch. He explained everything in detail.
Your tech, Colton, did a great job. We were the last job of the day and he happily offered and completed additional services, like tile cleaning and grout sealing. He offered other services as well but was not pushy about it. We appreciate him and the job he did.
The technicians are ALWAYS fabulous! Kind, considerate and accommodating.
