I like the fact that there are no chemicals used in the process. I have a daughter with medical conditions that could be affected, I have a grandson who is a year and a half and chemicals are obviously not good for him, and I have pets.
My carpet looks brand new, the worst area I had looks phenominal, and Paul was great!!! He was very informative, friendly, professional, and just all around awesome!

Carpets came out very clean and did not require vacuuming to get rid of the "crunch". It did, however, take just as long to dry which I thought was supposed to be quicker.

Anthony was polite and knowledgeable. 5*s. Our carpets look and feel wonderful.

The service was good but I was not impressed with what you did on wood, seem to only be some type of spray productand then buff it up with a swifter. Young technician, was very impersonable and easy to talk to I did tip him for his service and hard work but I'm still disappointed in your product. I spent a lot of money on something I could have done myself

Tile floors didn’t come out too clean (still wiped wet paper towel over right after and a lot of dirt). Carpets were stiff and crunchy after. — Good job removing spots though

Our technician was very friendly and professional we were also impressed, he seemed to be training or mentoring the other tech and he was teaching him to take the time to do it right the first time and not to rush!!! So nice to hear.... They were very thorough and we are very happy! He deserves recognition!

The person who cleaned the carpet explained everything before he started. He did a perfect job of cleaning the carpet. The carpet was spotless - perfect. When I have it cleaned again I hope he is assigned for the cleaning

I was a bit shocked at how much the price increased from last time. Also noticed a bit of a musty smell afterwards... especially in my master bath.

Everything I’ve heard is about how the carpets won’t be crunchy and will get stuff out there’s been there forever. They don’t look any different and were crunchy in all the door entry ways. I’ll just do it myself with a carpet cleaner from now on, will look the same and a lot cheaper.

It feels clean with no soapy smell

I like that I was kept in the loop regarding a arrival time and the carpets were nice and visibly cleaner without the cleaning technician trying to up sell me. I also appreciate that everyone I spoke to was very courteous. I would definitely recommend Zerorez!
