I thought Hector did a great job!! The tile and grout looks 100 percent better!!
Booking the time was easy on the website. I was sent reminders, and kept up to date about the time window. The service crew let me know exactly when they would arrive. The service crew was exceptional. Very respectful and helpful. The carpets look amazing and I appreciate there was no soap, so no crunchies later. Definitely great experience.

Always a thorough job by a professional person. Carpets look awesome and are not crunchy or stiff after dry.
That there is very little product used in the cleaning process, and even so the outcome is still amazingly clean carpets! Their service is also better than any other carpet cleaners, very personable people to work with.
The process of cleaning the grout in our tile floors was thorough and the result was very good - my floors haven't looked this good since we had them put in several years ago. First name removed

This is the 5th year we have had zerorez out just before the holidays.. They always do a good job
I have used Zerorez a few times and have been very satisfied with the jobs performed in the past - both tile and carpet cleaning. This time I had my tile cleaned . The technician left the floor much wetter than I remember from previous times, so I got a beach towel and dried the floors in my kitchen and family room. (the rest of the rooms were not as wet) When I was putting the furniture back I noticed several spots had been missed. I called your customer service phone number - I sat on hold for a LONG time. Finally I spoke with a customer service person who told he could set up an appointment next week. I went ahead and set the appointment for next Thursday. I would have thought he might have tried to get someone out the next day instead of a regularly scheduled appointment that was disappointing.
