Service and type of cleaner.
The technician was early; that was great! My carpet was beyond dirty, but when the guy finished it almost looked new. He was unable to get the dog stains out (I didn't think he could) and he told me upfront. My carpet still looked good. Thanks

Grout and carpet look marginally better, but I was not particularly impressed with the results. Maybe my expectations were too high.
Our ZeroRez representative was friendly and professional. He arrived at the beginning of the stated time window (8-10AM) which was great. I appreciate that he took the time to walk through the house and hear about my areas of concern. The whole process was very fast and affordable. The carpet looks fantastic and I would definitely use ZeroRez again!
