I love that there is no odor at the end and the carpet dries with a few hours. As an owner of 3 dogs, the faster they dried the better.

I've heard several good comments from a number of people in regards to the quality of floor/carpet cleaning services provided by Zerorez.

After having used various different floor/carpet cleaning companies over the years I must agree that the finished product from Zerorez is,in my opinion, a much better result!

No chemical smell, greatly reduced dry time, and no 'crunchy' feel to carpet just as I was informed would be the case.

Extremely satisfied with the result!

I must also add that my technician, Carson, was outstanding! Punctual, professional, knowledgeable and expressed genuine concern that i was satisfied with the work before leaving my home.

You don't use any chemicals

That your company uses their own treated water.

The promise to redo any work that wasn't totally acceptable is without a doubt correct even on stubborn stains like blood.

Lower the cost. The tech and service was excellent.

Quick, clean,and efficient

technician was let in and house was vacant. we walked through and he pointed out prior problems with pet stains, etc. he had 3 bedrooms, hallway, and stairs to prespot ??? treat the pet stain areas, set up and clean.. everything was done upstairs. downstairs he said he couldn't do because there were issues with the grout joints and so he said he just mopped with a fiber mop ??? my granddaughter and I left to run to the post office ( approx 1 mile ) and then up the street to get a drink and lotto tickets.. we were actually at the circle k ( 1/2 mile from house ) when he called saying he was done. the amount of time was no more than 3/4 of an hour to a full hour max. we both said that how could he be already done. since then the upstairs smells old..like a musty old motel.. I just thought, from what I've heard that the cleaning experience would have had better results. I know its been a few weeks before I submitted this survey, but with my work schedule and prior commitments I was just able to move in and respond.

All the tiny pee stains from my small dog came back. Every single one. I am not happy as JonJay and Rich talk about how you can get out any pee stain. Unfortunately you can not and our house is on the market to be sold and has pee stains. I paid $350 for 3 rooms 1 hall way and our stairs and honestly it does not look much better then before. Very Disappointed.

We only had the carpet cleaned a couple of days ago. So I can't make any decision yet

We had a great experience - everything went smoothly and technician was on time and was very pleasant and knowledgeable and provided additional information on cleaning our tile should we decide to do that later on. Our carpets look great!
