We were so impressed....Austin M was awesome! We showed him a few stains in various rooms that were here when we bought the house about 1 1/2 years ago. Part of our purchase agreement was for the previous owner to have the carpets cleaned. They did, but they still were not clean...wish they had used Zerorez !!! We will have Austin M come back soon to do the remaining 3 rooms !!! A+++
I have a new puppy who is not potty trained. My carpets were disgusting and I was embarrassed to even call a carpet cleaner. But, I called Zerorez, and could not believe the results!!! Amazing! The service man was here almost 2 hours cleaning up the pee stains. I would reccommend Zerorez to EVERYONE.

We required a second cleaning in a few areas, and the second Rep. was very conscience. There are limitations to what can be accomplished in any carpet cleaning, and I wish that had been discussed with us in the beginning.

I love, love, love Zerorez!!! My carpets are clean! Not crunchy! They stay cleaner longer. The technicians are all great! Well mannered, know their stuff and are quick.
