That you don't use chemicals and how clean my upholstery and floors are
Everything was great ! Clean smelling no chemical smell very happy
On time, price is right, and carpets areclean and stay clean.
The techs who came to our house were extremely professional and did an excellent job. They were thorough in explaining what exactly they did. My only issue was on the bill our living room was counted as two rooms which I feel is a little unreasonable. When I asked the techs about it they said that most living rooms are counted as two rooms due to the size of them. My living room measures basically 13' 3"x 23' 3' or apprx 308 sqft, with about 70sqft covered with furniture that was not moved during the cleaning process so is 238 sqft considered two rooms?
As I said the techs did a great job and I will most likely call on Zerorez in the future to clean our carpets and tile rooms again. Perhaps just notify customers when they call that a living room is most likely going to count as two rooms when they are calling on "3 rooms for xxx price" deal.

What I like about your service is it is basically chemical free. The price was worth it, including sealing the grout, since I considered having my tile floors replaced. My tile floors look like the day I moved in.My grandchildren can now crawl around without getting the dreaded black feet. David was very professional and helpful. Anthony was a perfect example of what a carpet cleaning technician should be! He was so informative about the process, upfront with the different pricing levels and was very efficient with the cleaning. He provided excellent feedback about how to train my dog to prevent her accidents in her favorite spots and didn't make me feel embarrassed about the condition of my carpet. He was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. I'm so impressed with the level of clean that my carpets are now and I'm so glad I ultimately decided to use Zerorez. Technicians were punctual, pleasant and prompt. They arrived at the time they said they would, assessed the situation in minimal time, got to work, discussed with us what they were planning on doing, discussed what we should expect after the cleaning was done. Everything went along just as they said it would.

My friends and relatives are seniors like I am. I have never had a carpet cleaner that does not move any furniture to clean under it and then put it back. Also, I am used to carpet cleaners that vacuum using a commercial quality vacuum rather than asking me to vacuum with my home vacuum before coming. The people I've shared my experience with have no interest in using your company even if you do clean the open areas of the carpet well.
