We are big fans of structured water and, in fact, use it to clean laundry and our house rather than using chemicals. We were very excited to find a carpet cleaning company using that technology as well!! We had our carpets cleaned the first time on the 22nd of July and were very happy with the results. Very professional service guy as well....we will definitely call them back for next time.

The tech was very nice. The rooms he used the "brush" machine on came out much nicer than the ones that it was not used on. I asked about that after he did the two rooms without using it, and somehow he didn't answer, but used it on the other two.
I believe I would use your company again, but I would clarify the use of that brush machine beforehand.
Also, I hate the back-end push for an extra service. That should be presented and accepted or rejected before the tech arrives.
Love the quality of the cleaning, the personnel and the lack of residue!
My daughter threw up in her room and we cleaned it up immediately. We had you guys come out a few hours later but it still smells like vomit in there. I was hoping the smell would be completely gone.
I think that the technicians are exceptionally professional and very timely.
I received a coupon for this service and it wouldn't work on the website so I didn't schedule.
I then got a call from the office and if I hadn't used the service before I probably wouldn't have scheduled as the office person was exceptional rude and treating me like a 2 year old. Definitely not doing you a good service. But I am happy with the service so I just listen to her treat me badly and get scheduled. Next time I will only schedule online.
Great products and results from the products, application, and cleaning, The techs are prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and detail oriented. I have used Zerorez three times already and have been very pleased! I have recommended Zerorez to others and will do so in the future.

I requested service online for a couch cleaning. It came up as a love seat. In the little remark section I put that it was a couch. I get a quote for $114. The service guy gets to my house and the price is increased by $25.

After the whole house cleaning includes carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning and apply protestant. My tile and grout has cracked... no such issue before cleaning. Very disappointed.. Would not recommend to others with this service.. I thought zerorez is a professional company know what they do...

They answered the phone at 3 minutes until closing and were extremely friendly and understanding. They were able to come the next day after I called, the tech arrived on time, was fast and informative, and did not try to push other available services.
