Affordable and well done cleaning service. Very prompt as well.
No hassle quick and easy
The technician was nice and polite but it didn't really seem like the carpets were cleaned at all, just wet. They still look the same as before. I received a phone call from a Zerorez representative offering to send someone out to re-accomplish the clean but I don't feel like I should have to do that at all. It should be done right the first time. The carpets didn't look too bad to start out with so I am not going to waste my time for someone to come wet them down with "empowered water" and then still be disappointed. Definitely not going with Zerorez again. Next time I will find someone cheaper that will actually get the job done.
It’s 24 hours later and my carpet is still wet. This was extremely expensive and I now have doubts this was worth it as it’s not dry, can not have the furniture out on it, and our house is still in a state of crazy because of have all the furniture off the Carpet. I can’t access my closet for the same reason. There are large areas where the pet remover was poured and is still visible in our marks.

Service was fantastic. Only issue I had was in regards to the customer service line. I called prior to my service to ask a few questions and was on hold for 18 minutes, I attempted to hit the # key for a call back but that functionality was not working. Maybe this was a non standard day but still something to note.

Our tile and grout looks great after Richard cleaned it!!!! He was very professional, knowledgeable and so polite from beginning to end. We will request him again for doing our tile or carpet cleaning.

I need to make you aware also of two of your associated, Aaron and Meghan, who did the tile cleaning at my home. I don't know if you realize how fortunate you are to have these two individauls in your employ. They were outstanding, I hurt myself getting to the door when they arrived. They were both so kind, compassionate and caring and helped me get safely to a chair before they ever started their cleaning job. They both went way above and beyond and need to be recognized for the people they are! Thank you for allowing me to toot their horn for them!!!!

Very easy to make an appointment. The technician was prompt and on time. He explained the cleaning and sealing process for our tile floors and they look like new again. Zerorez stands behind their products and services and is ecco friendly.

I was told my walk in closet would be done with the bedroom you cleaned. We took out everything on the floor but after he left noticed it was not done. I did discuss with him when we did walk through. I am sure he just forgot and I didn’t catch it till he was gone.All else was fine.
