I'am set up for a yearly commercial cleaning in January. My condo has tile , but I use a Power Chair daily. In the kitchen has a lot of traffic so I called Zerorez and Joe Martin came over to visual the Kitchen floor. Joe gave me a price and Dave the tech came over in a few days and did a great Job. I would recommend in heavy traffic areas like my Condo, having Zerorez to give them a chance and you will see the best results of your floor.

The cleaning of our carpet went according to schedule. Duston was here a few minutes after 8:00 on July 18. He finished and left for his next job about 10:00. He answered all our questions and explained each step. After completing the work, he gave us blue booties to wear over our shoes and took us to inspect the three areas cleaned. He did a great job! The carpeting "bubbled-up" in a few areas, and he suggested turning the room fans on to assist the drying. In about 5 hours, everything was back to normal. Thank you!
