I appreciate that the carpet isn't crunchy but it doesn't seem clean at all, looks the same as it did before cleaning. We didn't have stains, just normal household usage. Your employee was very nice but we are very disappointed in the end result.

Anthony did a great job! He was very professional and answered all my questions.
We had years of dirt ground into the pores of our ceramic tile. We basically kept mopping the surface. Now our floors actually look like they did 20 years ago when they were installed. The technician did a great job and was very personable. We'll definitely be doing this at least once a year.
The bottoms of our fridge was was all scratched up from your tech. Honestly did not feel like going back and forth on something that we were both sure was going to be an uphill battle. We have enough going on.
The tile looks better, we like that. The fridge being scratched is just down right annoying and frustrating.
The cost for the spot cleaning seemed a bit expensive. Especially because he showed us with a black light, and after everything was said and done that we will still be able to see it with a black light. Who is to say it wasn’t cleaned before and we just got duped for another cleaning.... the tech was professional and respectful. Just those two things were annoying.
May use you again, just Will have to be that annoying person who watches everything along with before and after photos.

I like how my carpets look and feel. No crunch!! I can't remember the tech. who came out but he did a very good job and even got a stain out that had been there for a while.
I like the smart water product and how it dries fast and with out chemical smells and residue. Fast on time service was also a nice change.
