The representative was friendly. The variety of cleaning services is excellent. A little disappointed in the grout outcome. Our representative was clear upfront about what the grout will look like in the outcome and offered to show us a small spot for reference. We understood but would still rather have more focus on grout outcome than the actual tile.

We’ve been using Zerorez ever since one of our favorite radio jockeys recommended them a few years ago. Our daughter has terrible allergies, eczema and asthma. With every other company we have used in the past, the chemicals would break her out and/or cause her respiratory issues. Not with Zerorez.
Their staff is extremely friendly. Every tech we have met is respectful, courteous and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our service.
We have had to make last minute cancellations due to my daughter’s medical needs and they’ve been extremely understanding and accommodating.
I highly recommend this company.

Our Technician, Rusty, was pleasant and efficient! With five dogs, we need an efficient carpet cleaner! Our carpets look beautiful. We have used Zerorez for a couple of years now and are happy every time.

Technician was on time and very efficient. Products are fragrance free. The carpets were clean and looked great. Drying time was less than other carpets shampooing.

The obvious, it's clean, chemical free, dries quickly, & leaves my carpets spot free and soft. Your technicians were helpful and informative, on time, friendly, and polite. I just wish I didn't have to pay extra for my doggie issues!!

The individual was very professional and did a thorough job and love the outcome. The only complaint is that pricing seems very high. For the frequency I would like to use Zerorez, I wouldnt be able to afford it
