First the gentleman who cleaned carpet and tile was very kind and really cared about doing
a good job.
Results of the cleaning was wonderful. I was very pleased. This is the second time I have had Zerorez clean for me.

I paid $120 to have 2 chairs cleaned in addition to the carpet and tile, I thought they would have come out better. He did say that fabric is hard to clean, but I heard that a lot I felt from him, oh that stain will be hard to get out (on the tile), oh not sure that will come out (pink chalk drawn on cushions of chair by my toddler), etc. and yah I still see the chalk lines and the chairs still look dirty compared to what I thought “zerorez” could do from the recommendation from my mother in law.

The tech was awesome. Very informative and did good work. There was no strong soapy odor when finished which was great and the carpets were cery clean.
I’ve used orez before but this time I was not as happy with the carpets. They feel crunchy and don’t look as good as I thought they would.
This was our third time using ZeroRez! They always come on time. The technician was very knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. We definitely continue to use them for all our carpet cleaning needs!
I appreciate the reliability of scheduling and arriving. Also Jeff made a concerted effort to remove several traffic areas that were long overdue in cleaning. He made concise Instructions on long to wait before vacuuming and before replacing furniture. In view of how long it had been since the last time we had the carpets cleaned, the results were remarkable.
I would recommend your service to anyone, and in fact contacted Zerorez because of another satisfied customer's recommendation.
I’ve had the service before and was truly impressed. This time the results were not what I was hoping for. The tech was nice and very polite. The restroom for example had one side of the toilet very nice the other because it’s a smaller width didn’t get touched. I think if you are going to do floors you have tools to do all of them. The carpet still had marks in master at the doorway. Overall just not satisfied for paying $400. I don’t want anything I just will not use this company moving forward.

ZeroRez's service is outstanding! Fast, environmentally-safe and effective... My carpets are clean, without all the chems and after-smell. Brad, our service provider, was awesome, too. Thorough in both his work and explanation, he exemplifies the ZeroRez standard!

The technician that came to our home was very polite and thorough. He did an excellent job in cleaning our carpet. He covered the "do's" and "don'ts" when the work was completed. We are 100% satisfied with the work performed and we would recommend Zero Rez to anyone who would want mohave their carpets cleaned.
