The employees are very courteous
Technicians are always friendly, thorough and work efficiently!! They leave the rooms looking so clean (!!) and recommend additional options but are never pushy!

The carpets look great. We have abused them over the years with 3 kids and a dog. They are not perfect but they are soooo much better. I really like that there are no chemicals for our newest addition who is 6 months old and rolling around everywhere. On time. Did a great job.
This was my first time using your services. The results beat my expectations.
It worked great. The amount of water used did bubble the carpets in many areas but they did subside when totally dry. The technician was polite and informative. Carpets dried in approx 12 hours. Highly recommend.
I’ve called Zerorez a few times now simple because of the end result of the carpet and tile cleaning. Our carpets are off white in color and are about 20 years old. After the cleaning they are still looking pretty good. Other cleaners were not getting all of their chemicals out and it attracted dirt.

The cleaning. You can see where spots were missed and lines that are still dirty. I have used Zerorez many times and this has never happen. To make it right they could be cleaned again in the areas.
We have used Zerorez for a few years now. We feel it's a great value with great service.
This time though, after they left, our carpets felt crusty/crunchy. We hadn't experienced this before with Zerorez. And it's one of the things you guys pride yourselves on.

I love that Zerorez has clean high PH water to clean my carpets. I appreciate their service technicians doing a great job. They listen to my problems about the carpet and they work to take care of it.

Very nice outcome and nice technician.
Sadly I had to learn more about cleaning tile than I would have wanted. I learned about staining and how in commercials on TV you will see the machines cleaning the dirty grout into really clean grout. Now I know there's a thing call staining and with that you have to go into a more lengthy process. Your agent was a nice person and I have no complaints about him except he did leave a dirty area in the corner where a plant sits up high. I had had to leave due to the fact I'm on oxygen and the smell from the sealer was bothering me so that left my husband. The plant could have easily been moved but was just missed. Also while not Brandan's fault but was told that the marks where the area rugs had been would come out they did not. Now I've lived in this house for 11 yrs. and have changed the rugs 3 times in the living area and twice in the dining room and have never had that problem. I would have thought the outline would have cleaned out. So I guess my complaints are really no one's fault just the way it is in the business of tile cleaning except for the corner that was missed. All in all Brandon was a nice person and tried to give me options to go with after explaining the staining, etc.. As a customer I was treated with respect and was told up front that I would have areas that would be stained. I guess you can't believe what you see on TV. So to sum it up had the outline of the rugs cleaned up (he was going to talk with his manager per my husband) and the dirty corner had been cleaned I would have been more satisfied.

The chair I had cleaned shows stains that weren’t there before. I don’t believe that he did the upholstery protectant that I paid $25 extra. I would like it if it got cleaned again and done right. I paid $99 and was very unsatisfied. I couldn’t tell the staid until the chair dried. I’ve heard a lot of good reviews on the radio and that’s why I decided to go with your company.
