This was my first time using Zerorez to have my carpets cleaned. I was amazed at how well it turned out. I was concerned about some stains possibly remaining after the cleaning, but when the tech was finished there was not a single stain to be seen and the carpet as a whole looked fantastic. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a good carpet cleaning and I will definitely use Zerorez for all my future cleanings, whether it's carpet, tile, or anything else they deal with. Thanks Z!

The work is fantastic. Eric came to my house, cleaned 3 rooms of carpet and atwo love seats that had been used exclusively by my late dog for the past 14 years. The units are about 45 years old. When Eric finished, it was like nigtht and day. He worked his fanny off and did one heck of a job. He cares about the work he does and it shows. He perforrmed the same miracles on some very dark spots on my carpets also. I already have had Zerorez at my offfice two or three times. Not that I am the boss, but they listened and were very happy with the work Zerorez did.
Thank you for having such caring craftsmen taking care of your custoomers. Eric should get at least an 11 or 12 in a 1 to 10 rating.

I liked the way Zerorez products cleans the carpets. I'm very impressed with the politeness of the service person. The upsell is a little over-the-top. It would be easy to start at the base price and add an additional $400-$500 to the bill. The upsell is designed to try to influence the customer to make snap decisions that may not be in their best interests. I will say, however, that when told "No", the service person was, again, very polite and respectful.
