Chad with Zerorez, arrived within 20 minutes after the beginning of the window. He was careful as he cleaned my carpets. The carpets are soft and spotless. I recommend Zerorez to anyone that wants a chemical free clean carpet!

The service!
Great service by Gary at Zerorez. Needed carpet in two bedrooms cleaned. One had food and drink stains (teenagers room) that had been there for over a year. Stains are gone and the carpet looks great. I will be calling Zerorez for my next carpet cleaning.

Your advertisement says you’ll take all the stains out of the carpet but there were a few stains left in one of the bedrooms. The tech did ask me to review the rooms and I did ask him to go the entry way of that bedroom. The stains became more visible once the carpet dried.
