The service person was well comported and knowledgeable about the 3 phases of zerorez...I can’t remember the last time my carpets were cleaned. The results far exceeded my expectations. My sister told me I would need new flooring but now I have years of enjoyment ahead.Amazingly true claims by the company...I will never use another company.
I have used the Service Tech, Dylan, before and last time he had a guy with him that he was training...he did such a great job training and talking with the new guy that I requested him again and recommended him to my neighbor who had is carpet done right after me. This year Dylan was just as stellar as last and with no trainee. His customer service is top notch and he asks great questions. I can't say enough about how awesome he is. He is the only tech I recommend!

I am impressed with how great our 34-year-old carpet looks after having David (your representative) clean our carpet! Before he arrived we honestly thought we needed to replace our carpet. Now, we feel comfortable inviting friends over again and don't see the need to go price flooring options.
As for the staff at Zerorez, I experienced professionalism when calling in on July 9 to make the appointment and also with David when he worked in our home that same afternoon. I appreciated Jamison's call informing us when to expect David's arrival.
When David was in our home, he listened to our concerns and provided us with the cleaning fees so my husband and I could decide what we wanted cleaned that day before he started work. We felt no pressure from David to do more cleaning than we felt comfortable in spending. He answered all of our questions. He was very thorough in his work. I view him as knowledgeable and competent. I appreciated him leaving our entry way (which is tile) so tidy with no evidence of him bringing in his cleaning equipment. He is welcome to work in our home any day!
As an additional bonus, when I called the following morning to relay with the leadership/management at Zerorez our exceptional experience, Cynthia took the extra time to listen and gather the information I shared with her.
I have already passed on our fantastic experience with Zerorez to our family and friends. We will use your services again in the future.
