CLEAN CARPETS WITHOUT LOTS OF CHEMICAL RESIDUE AND FAST SERVICE
We loved the guy that came and did our rugs and for the most part, all the rugs look good except the room with the dog smell in it. We opened up the room for the 72 hours+ and put in some smelly Scentsy wax to help get the smell out again but it is still there as we don't keep the room open with the dogs roaming. Trying to keep them out of that room.
Do you think we should have you come back out and just do that room again once our visitors leave? Phone number removed First name removed Cell

The carpets look absolutely spotless , no lingering odors. The gentlemen that cleaned the carpets was very professional and courteous. We will defintely use ZeroRez again.

ti was fast and clean
I went over specific measurements and costs over the phone to get a price of almost $600. On the day of the visit, the tech, who was very nice and knowledgeable, said the price was now almost $1000. I did not want to make a new appointment so I ate the "new
cost " of a $400 increase. If I had been given a accurate price of nearly $1000, I would have not had the service or broken it up to two visits that were more affordable. The price was almost double of what was originally quoted to me and I did not add rooms or services!!!!!!!
In fact I cancelled some rooms and services to get the bill to be $100 less. I still ended up paying over $900 when I was quoted $560. My reaction was: I had used your company before at my other house and now that I used the company again, I felt scammed and lied to. What a rip off taking advantage of senior citizens and their trust in your company. So the "quote" over the phone was a scam to get business and your company had NO intention to honor the quote but you knew that once the tech was in the house, the customer will most likely pay the upsell price. I will be posting my experience on Facebook and Yelp.

Great customer service with technician Anthony. Very knowledgeable about what they are doing. Love the fact there are no chemicals used to clean.
The way my carpets sparkle and aren't hard, stinky and crunchy after they dry from harsh chemicals.
Jason was are tack. He was very knowledgeable worked very efficiently and had a warm and friendly personality. I would recommend Jason and also have him come back to my home .

The person that came out to clean my carpets was great! He did an awesome job. I chose to go with Zerorez because of my pets, I have dogs and birds. I like the fact that not a lot of chemicals are used. I would definitely use them again.
Whatever process you use works. The carpet is never stiff or sticky after it is cleaned. Evan did a great job!

Excellent quality of service!
Had window of 10 to noon and Rusty even arrived at 9:45 (after I received call to ask if he could come early. Had specifically asked for Michael but Rusty said he didn't show up for work so they sent Rusty instead. Rusty was extremely polite and did a great job. He even got the price adjusted because the one "bed room" had just a small square footage of carpet to be cleaned. It was adjusted to be priced as a hallway -- basically that is what it is -- Zerorez has now serviced 3 homes in our neighborhood thanks to the recommendation of the Harvey's. It was unfortunate that we were able to schedule the "tile" given it has it had reside from old Mop and Glow -- office did give me a recommendation and I have the other company scheduled for Monday to strip the tiles. You have great people -- had to wait on hold for about 25 minutes but it was during lunch time so I guess the good news is that you must keep busy! Office staff were very nice and helpful. Seems like a great company to work for.
Everything was good. I did have pet stains from previous owners but at a door way where there was no stain, now is a big stain. Almost looks like too much water was left? That area also took a long time to dry.

Most of the stains in the high traffic areas look no different. I was excepting a lot more of what my carpet would look like after being cleaned. I am very disappointed that my floor does not look too different then before.
Zerorez did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a cleaning of their carpet in a deep clean and professional way. Thank you Zerorez, I definitely will be calling you again to take care of my carpets and floors.
