No chemicals are used
I was not disappointed at all!! The technician was very professional and very pleasant. The carpets and upholstery are beautiful. The reason that would hold me back from recommending to my friends or family would have to be the price. I believe it is way to high.
Last time we did the tile cleaning the grout was amazing. This time not so much. But the tile does look great.
Don’t try to up sell me so much.

The technician was on time, very polite and explained the process before beginning.
I ordered three different services and I'm very happy with all of them. The sofa came out perfect as did the tile and grout in the kitchen. The carpet was a challenge because of the various stains from my old cat. There was only one stain that didn't completely come out.
