Our major complaint is that there are spots remaining in every room. We are very disappointed, having used Zerorez for many years at our previous home.
A minor complaint is that, after initially walking through our home, the technician said he would prepare his equipment and get started. For the next 25 minutes he sat in his truck on his phone. Similarly, after the carpet cleaning, he said he'd put away his hoses and settle up. This happened after another 15 minutes on his phone in the truck.
We would like you to redo our carpets (with a different technician).

The guy that came was great, very attentive and even rehit a few spots. Only complaint is (I just bought this house) the carpets were crunchy and even after cleaning they still feel that way. But they are so much cleaner and I am happy, just wish the carpets felt softer.
I always tell people to use Zerorez for carpet cleaning. Dries quickly and stays clean longer!

Generally speaking, it is your technicians that make you stand out above the rest. Every time I have ever scheduled for zero razz, the technicians it show up are always top notch and do an amazing job.

Carpet wasn't even a little clean... had to rent a a machine to do the job right after. Tech was nice enough but instead of taking his time and getting out the grime he blasted through and just said that the carpet wes just old. I took before and after pictures and video of what a terrible job was done.
I can’t believe how well you removed the stains. This is 15+ year carpet and it looks great. Your technician was awesome. He had some pretty rough stains to deal with and taliked to me about what he was doing every step of the way.

Austin was great, friendly, very compassionate of my situation of the home. He had 2 rooms cleaned in a timely manner, including being early then scheduled appointment time.
I liked the text message verification of reminder appointment with the friendly phone call. I had to reschedule twice prior to appointment, the staff was friendly when I called to cancel rescheduling was very easy.
