I have used you guys at least four times now and I am very happy with the cleaning and my carpets always look great.
There was an issue with pricing. I was given a quote through a series of text messages. I provided very specific information including pictures of the tags on the back of the rugs I wanted clean. I also stated that these rugs were 100% wool. The pictures I also sent stated that they were 100% wool. When the technician got here he said there was an issue because the quote I was given was for synthetic rugs. I was told it was going to be a significant price increase. Ultimately I spoke with the manager and she said they would honor the price this time. So when it was time to pay the bill the technician said it was $126 and I let him know that I was quoted $89. He explained that the 826 was due to the fact that he had put some sort of protection chemical on them. I had informed him that when I got the quote I wanted a basic clean. I didn't need any protection for the rugs because they were not in high traffic areas. Ultimately I did pay $89 which is great but the level of communication clearly needs Improvement.
My carpets went from old to new again thanks to Zerorez! They did an amazing job, were on time, efficient and easy to work with. No upselling, no gimmicks, just clean carpets! Thank you Zerorez!

I was quoted a price of $75 to clean the master bedroom carpet. There were a few spots where our puppy had urinated, however, I had immediately treated them with a product to clean and remove the smell. There was residue from the product, most likely not the urine. The technician seemed to be in upsell mode, and said he would need to treat the carpet with an additional product to remove the stain. He saturated the carpet which still is not dry more than 24 hours later.
Additionally, I wanted the grout cleaned in the masterbath, which was remodeled 2 years ago. It wasn't in real need to be cleaned, but I figured as long as I had him there, I would do it. It looks worse than before he treated the tile!! It's almost like any dirt that was there was just spread around and absorbed into the grout. I also wanted the shower (pan only) cleaned, which to me is an extension of the tile in the masterbath, and again, was charged another $50 for that service. It doesn't even look like the shower had been cleaned.
I also requested to have a chair cleaned. There was a dark stain on the chair which he wasn't able to completely remove, however, he did seem to try his best.
My original quote was $224, but service that I wasn't happy with ended up costing $349 - that is a ridiculous price for an hour and a half of work!
