Cleaning without harsh chemicals

I always receive great customer service from Zerorez. I am able to schedule timely appointments, I"m kept informed of the arrival of the technicians, I'm pleased with the cleaning itself and the technicians are always very courteous.

I like the fact that there's no chemicals used they come in and do their business and clean up after themselves and then they leave excellent excellent clean tile floors when they were done

Only one thing that my service guy should do better is when he asked if I wanted the protection spray to help prevent future staining he said it was $25 , didn’t know till after he did the spray that it was $25 A ROOM...adding $100 to my bill.

They were very friendly and efficient! I had SERIOUS stains in my carpet and it took them no time to take them ALL out! My carpets felt almost brand new when they were done. They also didn't make me feel pressured to get any extra treatment either, which was nice! I still got those services of course, and they worked WONDERS to get horrible pet stains removed.
