Nice and clean
I gave an 8 as this was my first experience with ZeroRez. Overall happy with the service. Easy to use and set up appointments online, the technician who came to us was excellent and did a great job. Cleaning went quickly.
One of the rugs cleaned came out weird...colors seem to have changed a bit and some of the dirt area seems to be still darker than the rest....
Miss having the CLEAN smell after-effects, but love the non-crunchy feel of the rugs.
Having traditionally used full on steam cleaning and/or chem-dry for my carpet cleanings in the past, I wanted to try your process/method. Not sure which method I prefer now that I've tried ZeroRez.

We love the fact that it is non-chemical cleaning. There's just a fresh smell when it's completed not a chemical smell. The techs are always so friendly and very good customer service!
Michael did a great job. My only problem (which was beyond his control) is the decently sized oil stain his van left on my driveway after he left.

I have always received excellent service from ZeroRez. Everyone from the representative that I make the appointment with to the technician are friendly, professional and efficient.
When they say they are coming at a certain time, they do! They call ahead to let you know they are on their way. They are fair in their pricing and do their work in a timely fashion. Michael was our technician and he was absolutely terrific! He was able to get some stains out of our carpet that I felt would never come out.
I have recommended this company to family and friends and they have all had positive things to say about the service they receive.

The guy that came to clean my carpet was AWESOME!! SOOO nice & professional, but I thought the carpets would look better than they actually did after. My stairs still look literally dirty to me..... and he even went over it twice to make me happy... but they just don't look CLEAN. I thought with all the hype of "empowered water" it would do a better job.

Service rep was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I was aware my carpet was near end of life but he informed me ahead of time what to expect from the cleaning. I did not detect any post cleaning odors as I have in the past with other carpet cleaner. I will use you again and would recommend.
