Way better job last time you cleaned the carpets

The main reason I chose Zerorez was because I didn't want crunchy carpets and I read that the reason some carpets felt crunchy afterwards was because of the cleaning solution that was used or left behind and that since Zerorez only used water, that wouldn't happen. My carpets were soft on my bare feet prior to being cleaned. Now, they are rough on my feet, worse in some areas more than others. I don't know why this is but I am disappointed. I've been trying to convince my husband not to rip out the carpet and put in tile because I like laying, sitting and walking on the soft floor. Plus, we are having a baby any day and she will soon be crawling on this carpet. It's not soft anymore, although it did clean up most of the stains in our high traffic areas. I think the price is high for not being completely satisfied. The gentleman that came and cleaned our carpets was fantastic! He arrived early so he offered to help us finish moving our kitchen table and sectional couch off of the carpeted area. I haven't called to complain because I wasn't sure anything could be "undone" to fix this issue. We had our carpets cleaned about 5-6 years ago by someone my husband works with and our carpets did not end up crunchy at all.

They do a good job

This experience was not as good as the last time we used Zerorez. I paid extra for a guard on the stairway and the carpet was showing staining on the very next day and the carpet was actually a little stiff or crunchy. Also has a flattened look. To be fair we did move into the house a day after having the cleaning done, it just didn't hold up leading me to feel that it was not worth the $500 investment.
