It was good a little more then I wanted to pay

Luke was pleasant, Great with our kids, Meticulous, and hard working.
The technician we had was awesome, he gets a ten. But we were quoted $488 to clean our whole house and ended up only cleaning the downstairs minis all three bedrooms and ended up still paying $450. These numbers do not make sense.

The associate was nice, friendly and professional. Explained all products before applying. The carpet was fresh, clean and soft like he explained. But I had react to the chemical after exercise on the floor yesterday evening. It might not be the shampoo chemical. My little Peanut is having a diarrhea now, and again, it might not be the shampoo chemical. The overall service was awesome!!

I called with an immediate need and ZeroRez was able to get me scheduled that very day. The customer service agent went out of their way to help me and was so polite. Our service technician was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We explained our needs and he tailored his services accordingly. He was very respectful of our home taking precautions to prevent damage. He completed his work in a timely manner and the results FAR exceeded our expectation. I am convinced that ZeroRez is the best carpet cleaners out there. Our carpet dried quickly and was soft to the touch!! We are ZeroRez customers for life. If you want your carpets REALLY clean, call them...you will be amazed!

I had a pet who was not happy and was hold up in one room where she went to the bathroom everywhere. The gentleman came and did a thorough sub-extraction which took the spell of urine out of the room.
