Great to work with. Our tile/grout looks like new! On time, explained the process and worked quickly. We were able to put furniture back by time he packed up and pulled away. Would definitely recommend !
Our technician Michael was on time, polite, pleasant, efficient and worked very hard to clean five bedrooms of carpet. This is the second time I have used this company and I am extremely pleased. They do a great job!!

Carpets cleaned nicely.
I already placed a call about this but did not receive a call back by a manager as promised. I requested certain rooms to be cleaned and received a quote under my top budget. Although we had to have special pet treatment, we did not have one room cleaned which should have placed us just under my budget. When the cleaning was done, they cleaned areas I did not request. These areas should obviously not have been done, as I didn't request them, have never asked for them to be done, nor had I removed items from the floor. This pushed me way beyond my budget that put me in debt. I do not do well with debt, so I am terribly disappointed and will not have Zerorez back for our next cleaning.
I loved the professional service done by Sidney. He explained everything he was going to do and provided other cleaning items to add if needed. He made sure I was satisfied with all the rooms he cleaned. I appreciate him giving me the time to look at each room. There were no surprise fees, what they quoted me - is what I paid. They also have safety guards for the walls so the cleaning hoses do not damage them. They also called me ahead to let me know that they are on their way. Thanks again for being professional, honest, and hard working. not to mention a great job getting the stains our of my carpet.

No chemicals friendly technicians
The arrival time that I selected was between 4-6, which worked perfectly for us. I received a phone call the day of the scheduled service wanting to know if the tech could arrive earlier. I spoke with someone and let them know that they would not be able to arrive earlier than 3:30 PM I was told that this information was relayed to the tech. At 3:00 PM i received another phone call wanting to know if the tech could arrive earlier. This is extremely frustrating since I took the time to speak with someone not more than 2 hours prior to tell them that they could arrive after 3:30 PM.
The tech that we had seemed to be in a hurry and wasn't very friendly. We are prior customers and the tech we had prior was extremely helpful and friendly, didn't make us feel like he was in a hurry. The first tech left us with booties to wear until the carpet dried so that it wouldn't get dirty, this time....nothing.
Please keep in mind that this is a customer service industry, there are many choices that we have to use for carpet cleaning, but our first tech is what made us want to come back. The second one....well...makes me want to explore other options.

Stains on my carpet came back up almost immediately. I had paid an extra $250 to have those stains removed.
