The service guy up sold me which is fine but I felt kind of insulted he said my house smelt like syrup and dog urine, asked me if I just got done cooking breakfast. Also I just had my carpet replaced less than a year ago he stated that express flooring was known for selling one type of carpet and installing a different type, he said my carpet looked worn. I thought was odd since express flooring recommended your company. Plus over all it was no different then if I went through sears and would had paid less. I was expecting with how hard you guys advertise on your product to be more impressed and I wasn’t . It was just a steam clean

All natural, no harsh chemicals, our Representative Louis Rodriguez was on time, professional and an asset to the company. We had asked that he come back on some high traffic areas, and was here promptly on the follow-up as well. Louis explained the expectations and we understood that all may not come out, but given the price, felt it best to ask. We recommend Zero-Rez. Thank you. A happy and safe 4th of July to all.
