My carpets look fantastic!
Very good service!
I called the office to speak to a manager about residue and trash left onsite. The manager was unwilling to address the issue - I was offered a discount on my “next” service but NO consideration for the “clean-up” that was needed after the tech left. I am not satisfied.
I enjoyed being able to connect via text message for quotes and scheduling. It fit well with my crazy schedule and loud environment. The technicians we're educational and nice. The results are great! Everything was simple and easy!
Very professional through the whole process. Tech took his time; did not rush to another job.
He explained every step. We liked the fact that he used a separate brush machine to scrub carper before vacuuming residue. A bit more expensive than the normal carpet cleaners, but worth it.

I like knowing ahead of time what the charges will be. Also good to know I can add treatments at time of service and not have to schedule technician to return.
Our carpet is very dense and our doggie hair seems to embed itself so that I can't get it all out with just regular vacuuming. The zerorez system eliminated much of the hair from deep down in the carpet.
Our technician, Devin, was very professional and did an excellent job. We will continue to have Zerorez maintain our carpets.

The service was great, the two technicians were so polite and nice. My floors look amazing.
Service is pricey.
Pre-service directions are not completely indicative of what to expect: I signed up for grout sealing and was not told that I should not walk on tile for 24 hours to allow it to cure; was told I could leave some items (electronics console; table) in area to be cleaned and move them during service so it'd be done in stages - that was not possible, I had to move the furniture while he was cleaning the area and walk in the dirty water - again, because once the grout sealant is on, not supposed to walk on for 24 hours.
Grout sealant application is just splashing product on floor and spreading it around with a flat mop; I'm sure that seals the tile, not so sure it get into and seals the grout and you charge $2 a square foot for that.
Technicians that are well trained and very professional and respectful.
Customer service from three beginning was great. The lady that scheduled my appointment was helpful and explained the process in details. When Joshua arrived he provided great customer service and did a great job on my carpets. I definitely will schedule with Zerorez as my only carpet cleaning company going forward. Thank you!

The service was superb! I called and set the appointment date, explained how many rooms and the receptionist gave me the price. I was contacted the day before the appointment and given a window of arrival. The day of the appointment, I was called 20 minutes ahead of time to let me know the technician was on his way. The technician, Colton, was there just as I was told. He walked through the house first and explained the order in which he would clean and then reviewed the price with me before he started. He had the quoted price on his phone, and asked if I had any questions. His price was the exact same that the receptionist gave me. He placed corner guards along any walls or furniture that the hoses came into contact with, so I didn't have to worry about any damage. Afterwards, he gave me booties to wear over my shoes to inspect his work and didn't have any hesitation or qualms about going over an area a second time. He then suggested that I have a protectant placed on high traffic areas, which I did. It was not a high pressure sales pitch, but a suggestion to help the carpet look it's best for a longer period of time. I took him up on his suggestion and spent an additional $100 for four areas of protection. Colton was polite, professional, and thorough. This was the fourth time that I've used Zerorez and I've never been disappointed.
