Already went thru this with Teddi & got nowhere. Selling my house & everyone remarked how good the tile looked....well, I
showed the realtors & clients (40 in all)the pictures of the job you did which was a disaster, including pictures of the filthy water in the sink...they could not believe what they saw....it looked good because it took me 2 moppings to make it that way after I paid you $341.00...I have also been burning up social media about the terrible job you did. $100. future use won't help me a bit. I expect a credit. I have also written a complaint to the BBB even though they require that I have you rectify problem. too late, I had to fix it to sell house(which I did day 1)I want the complaint on their file either way....

Absolutely wonderful! When we need our tile and carpet cleaned again we will be having it done by Zerorez. I have never seen my tile so clean. Amazing job!

Love that you use no soap. Soap leaves residue in carpet. When you walk on it, it picks up dirt from your shoes. Carpet gets dirty real quick that way.

I loved how easy it was to make the appointment and how professional they were on the phone and in person. They arrived early and finished sooner than the 2 hours we thought it would take! The carpets and tile look new :). I’m very happy with them.
Great service. Friendly staff! Would recommend and use again for sure. The staff was knowledgeable in everything including suggesting remedies and recommending products that would work for us. Allowed my teenage son to view cleaning of how bad his carpets were. It was an unbelievable difference.
