Well your technicians seem to be good at what thy do and I'm very happy with the work your company does.

This was our first time using Zerorez. The technician arrived as scheduled and verified our project and went right to work. The area rugs look very clean and fresh.

No perfume smell. No sticky carpet. Did a really nice job on dirty grouting. On time. Professional.

The person that cleaned seemed set on up saleing. I found him to be rude as he explained that he “documented the history and our conversation regarding the condition of my carpet.” I am the customer and was simply hoping to have my carpets cleaned. He also explained - after I paid the extra fee for the pet stain - that it was unlikely that it would be removed and that if I really wanted it removed I needed another service that would cost $75 per spot. He never mentioned this service as he stated I originally only needed the $50 service (which was a special discount just for me). I wouldn’t have done it if it wasn’t going to resolve the issue.
When I used Zero R before notes were not taken... I felt as if he was trying to humiliate me. There was a second person with him, who seemed nice enough l, but never spoke. I am not sure if he was in training or what...
Either way I do not recommend this person as a solid representative for the company.

Excellent results and carpets dried very fast. The technicians were very thorough and walked through the house with me.

Tile not clean especially entryway. Residue from spray all over baseboards. Baseboards beat up all over house. Had to wipe them and do touch up paint. Have pics. White film on tile around all baseboards. Not happy. Contractor was going to recommend you to their clients. Not now.

Efficiency of worker & the thorough cleaning job.

I thought the rugs would be a little softer when they dried. I tried vacuuming again. It didn’t help.
