Jeff was a pro from the gilbert location; dried quickly because jeff did a great job by not leaving excess water on the carpet. And because of the equipment or the quality of the ingredients used our carpets never looked better .

The tech was prompt, friendly, efficient, and took care to avoid introducing soil into the home by wearing contractor's booties and ensuring that the equipment he brought in to do the work with was clean. This is by far the most expensive carpet cleaning solution in the marketplace, but the results were impressive - the heavily soiled area that first inspired my decision to use this company was left very nearly like new, and just as they advertise, the carpet dried in much less time than other services I've used in the past. I'll definitely recommend and use again.

Branden was very friendly & professional, as well as very knowledgeable about Zeroez. I like the idea, that there are no chemicals or soaps used in your process of cleaning our carpets. We had some very nasty spots on our light carpeting. Branden hit those spots with confidence, that he would do his best to get them out. And he did! Amazing! We are very pleased with the results, & would definitely refer Zerorez to our friends. In fact, I already have.

Jason was great! Our floors look incredible. Only after Zerorez do you realize how dirty your floors really were.

The carpet came out very clean with stains removed. It made the house smell better.

Excellent service carpets look brand new. Easy to make appointment on line.

There were still several grout lines that still looked dirty.

Area rug didn’t totally come clean. Thought I would get price I originally signed up for which was the 3 room special but then price changed once tech got there. Wish prices would be honest up front before anyone came out. If you saw the small area they counted as a “room” you would laugh. I’m happy to send photos. Was happy with my last house but this time will not use again or recommend. I didn’t like the tactic used where I thought I was getting once price/service and then it switched.
