I like the technowledgy. Only water is used to clean the carpets. No chemicals are used. Our carpets are over ten years old and there were a lot of soiled spots The technician was very efficient. He went over areas that were deeply soiled and drew out the dirt at the worst areas.
I would give his performance a 10. We were very please with his work.

It’s very important to me to stay away from chemicals. I love that zerorez is basically just water. And there is no residue left behind from cleaners that end up attracting more dirt! It’s the best!

This is the 4th year that we have had our carpets cleaned by ZeroRez! The technicians have always been friendly and knowledgeable, and this year was no exception!! They are prompt, work quickly and Poof! they leave. This year we added stain protection to the hallway and I'll be excited to see how much better it looks when it needs cleaned next year!
