These guys get the job done quickly and thoroughly. Careful to wear booties. Careful about furniture and corners on doorways. I like the low incidence of residue left on the carpet that just holds dirt... all but no residue.
There are several areas that appear to have not been cleaned at all. Either send someone back to clean it correctly or give a refund so I can have another company come do it.

The technician was very professional and answered all my questions. My carpet and tile look great.
Aaron was very thorough. He pre-sprayed, pre-scrubbed with the roller brush, went slow over the heavy traffic areas, sucked up enough water to have it dry fairly quickly, and our tile is sparkling clean. He did all that pretty quickly also.

Too wet/damp. Ran overhead fans 24 hours to help dry carpet. Whole house smells like damp carpet. Not happy.
Well, Isaiah was great! He was friendly yet professional. Worked hard and fast. My carpets look so much newer than they did. I am impressed!
