I could tell that there were lots of places that weren’t cleaned as they were completely dry. Such places were in back of doors, close to the walls, under such things as desks or furniture that were very accessible. This is the first time I haven’t felt like my carpet looked like it was cleaned. Disappointed as I was happy last year.

The process is the best I've seen. From the care they take to protect the corners of the walls from their hoses, to the finished product. Our carpets never looked so good. Highly recommend Zerorez.

There was a small piece of carpet attached to the living room (about 10 square feet), that didn’t get cleaned. The living room is only about 124 square feet itself, so it wouldn’t have put us over the ‘250’ limit that would considered it two rooms. Wish it would have also been cleaned.

Jose Guzman was punctual in coming to our home. He is polite, professional, explained in detail and in what order he was going to clean the carpet and tile, and how long he would be at our home. Pricing, for what we had done, was fair.

We had to call Zerorez back to redo an area on the master bedroom carpet. My wife specifically requested Jose to come back and take care of the problem. When Jose came back he looked at the carpet, agreed the spot needed to be recleaned and did so without any hesitation and in professional manner.

Based on our wonderful experience with Jose we would request him the next time we get our carpet and tile cleaned. Thank you Zerorez and Jose for a great job!
