Our first experience was great with the company but our second experience wasn’t as good. One of the technicians was in training and did a terrible job. We called and had our original technician come back to fix it. We were disappointed that the trainer didn’t make sure the trainee did a good job.
Appears to keep stains from coming back.

Tech did a great job, carpet is still stained
Parts of the couches, the chair & the carpets didn't get clean. In attempting to clean the chair the fabric was torn, and still didn't get clean. They were old, but still.
The tech was great. He explained what he was doing, the whys & wherefors of what didn't work, and reduced my bill by the amount of the chair that was attempted to be cleaned, but wasn't & was ruined in the process.
Quality service great technician that came out. Jose made me feel comfortable and cleaned up everything before he left wonderful job

Biggest bonus was the lack of chemicals! Yah! Our carpets are about 15years old and had some stains and many traffic matting and dirt. Honestly I was amazed how wonderful they look. And they feel wonderful. I was looking for a service to buy me 1-2years before having to purchase new flooring, but I think we could exceed that time if needed.
Brandon was very professional and excited to see the improvement in our home. He explained everything and left me with appropriate expectations.

I had used Zerorez before in GA and was so happy with their carpet cleaning. This time I needed chairs cleaned and tile cleaned and grout sealed. Had a wonderful technician who did a great job. I like the fact no chemicals are used.
