Michael and Travis, the two techs who did our job, were professional, friendly, and very competent. They went right to work, and completed our job in about an hour. When they left, everything was clean and treated, as expected. Good job, guys.

The technician was professional, efficient and friendly. The price was fine. The scheduling was fine. We have a traffic path in our bedroom that he was unable to remove. The carpet is about 1 1/2 years old, and I feel that a good cleaning should still remove it.
