After I had moved everything I could off the carpeted areas and vacuumed, I felt like I had done most of the work of cleaning the carpets. Other companies I have used in the past were able to clean the carpets with small furniture still on the carpet and placed foam blocks under chairs, tables, chests, etc.
Your tech, Kieran, was very helpful and told me that it is Zerorez’s policy not to move furniture but he did move several pieces of furniture for me and found some foam blocks to put underneath them while the carpet dried.

Your price for cleaning did seem high especially when you have a 10 x 12 room with a queen size bed and a chest. There isn’t much floor space. We also have a small master with a king size bed, a couple dressers and again not much floor space. Another room is a nursery/kids room with a crib, twin bed, dresser and a 9 cube organizer which wasn’t moved in a 10 x 10 room so again very little floor space to clean.
The carpets do feel clean and look great but I may hesitate because of all the pre-work and cost.
Maybe you can price out your jobs based on actual floor space rather than by number of rooms. You can still give a price based on typical size of rooms but have your techs make a judgement call based on actual floor space.

My carpet looked like new and it dried really fast which is necessary with three young kids.

Carpet cleaning is excellent. Didn’t see much of a difference with upholstery cleaning and for the price it was not worth it. Not the best results.

Rep was very courteous & friendly. Used plastic shoe guards before entering my home. Listened to my special requests to clean carpet in certain areas. Suggested other products offered by Zerorez & was honest on my inquiries about other companies to restretch carpet that needed that attention. Carpet only took about 4 hours to dry and was completely dry by next morning. Felt "clean"...& looked fresh.

The tech arrived on time and did a great job with a very dirty carpet. Got it much cleaner than I thought he could do. Looks great.

David and Josh arrived at our home right on time. Very professional in their attire and work ethics. Very friendly but able to keep focused on the job. I waited awhile before completing the survey as we had terrible human stains in one of our bedrooms. I wanted to make sure they didn't reappear. Guess what. THEY HAVEN'T. The first time I had your service, I absolutely loved, but now I had the service again and it was way more expensive and the results HORRIBLE. I hated it.
The last service was done for about 2 weeks now and my carpet is already full with ugly spots of stains... I am very disappointed.
